Satire Stare

He walked a lonely path

One riddled with dread and pain

Stained by the honour and respect

Earned rightly but long forgotten.

It wasn’t until a normal day

When the walk was simple

And when time speeded past

He stopped and questioned fate.

Looking at the puddle of life

He got back a satire stare

Tangled with his own memories

He wept and wept.

Shreya stood in the corner of her room and stared at the mirror on the wall.

After a while, she gasped her breath and whispered ” Mirror Mirror on the wall, which is the fairest selfie of them all?”

Puffff!! Came the smoke and the mirror replied –

“Baby, you are just 9 , worry about the crayon you lost, by the way it’s under the table and it’s time you sleep.”
